Grilled Garlic Lemon Kale

  • 1 Tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Organic Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Organic Black Tuscan Lacinato Kale

Instructions

  1. Make Vinaigrette. Mix the first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Apply vinaigrette to kale with a brush.
  2. Grill. Preheat the grill at low heat for 3-5 minutes. Grill the Kale for 3 minutes on each side. Remove from grill and serve.
