Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare Artichokes: Rinse artichokes, trim the tips of the leaves, cut off the top inch, and slice the stem so it sits flat. Drizzle with olive oil, ensuring it gets between the leaves, and season generously with sea salt.
Add Butter: Place a small pat of butter on top of each artichoke.
