If you are dissatisfied with any product, please reach out to our Customer Care team within 48 hours of your delivery. To reach out, submit a completed form on our Contact page and a Customer Care Associate will respond to your query and, depending on the circumstances, we will provide you a replacement, a full or partial refund of the purchase price for that box or product, or a full or partial credit of the purchase price for that box or product. We may require the return or photographic documentation of any product with which you are dissatisfied before we provide you a replacement, credit, or refund.
