Easy Broccoli Leaves Stir Fry


  • 4 Broccoli Leaves
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos
  • 2 cloves Garlic


Organic Broccoli leaves when harvested at peak is not only incredibly nutritious but delicious as well. They are full of flavor and can even be eaten raw on salads and make the perfect wrap.

Since it's the season for hearty and savory dishes, here's our favorite recipe inspired by iheartumami:

  • Tear the Brocolli Leaves from stem and slice into strips
  • Mince Garlic and sauté in olive oil in medium-low heat
  • Toss Broccoli Leaves and lightly sauté until they turn bright green
  • Make sure garlic does not burn
  • Drizzle with Sesame Oil and Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos
  • For a mild kick, garnish with sliced chilis or drizzle with chili oil
