Jacques Pepin Style Yukon Gold Potatoes


  • 2-3 Pieces Yukon gold potatoes
  • 3 cups vegetable or chicken stock
  • 4 Tbsp Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sprig of Rosemary or Chopped Parsley


This Yukon Gold Potato recipe is definitely our favorite, It melts in your mouth.

  • Cut potatoes in half or quarters depending on size
  • Place Potatoes in a deep pan with a lid
  • Add stock and butter boil for 10 minutes or until tender
  • Remove lid and allow stock to evaporate
  • Once the stock has evaporated, lower heat and allow the potatoes to brown on each side
  • Add Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Garnish with a spring of Rosemary or chopped Parsley
  • Enjoy!
