Jacques Pepin Style Yukon Gold Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2-3 Pieces Yukon gold potatoes
- 3 cups vegetable or chicken stock
- 4 Tbsp Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sprig of Rosemary or Chopped Parsley
Instructions
This Yukon Gold Potato recipe is definitely our favorite, It melts in your mouth.
- Cut potatoes in half or quarters depending on size
- Place Potatoes in a deep pan with a lid
- Add stock and butter boil for 10 minutes or until tender
- Remove lid and allow stock to evaporate
- Once the stock has evaporated, lower heat and allow the potatoes to brown on each side
- Add Salt and Pepper to taste
- Garnish with a spring of Rosemary or chopped Parsley
- Enjoy!
