Pomelo and Orange Salad


  • Tahitian Sarawak Pomelo
  • Navel Oranges
  • Dino Kale
  • Shallots
  • Sherry Vinegar
  • Honey
  • Lime Juice
  • Mint


We know how salads can get boring, so here’s a recipe for citrusy delight.


  1. Massage Dino Kale with salt until the leaves are soft. Shred into small pieces.
  2. Peel the Tahitian Sarawak Pomelo and Navel Oranges. Slice into circles and remove any seeds.
  3. Thinly slice shallots.
  4. Mix Sherry Vinegar, Honey, and Lime Juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl. Add mint for garnish.
