Pomelo and Orange Salad
- Tahitian Sarawak Pomelo
- Navel Oranges
- Dino Kale
- Sherry Vinegar
- Lime Juice
We know how salads can get boring, so here’s a recipe for citrusy delight.
- Massage Dino Kale with salt until the leaves are soft. Shred into small pieces.
- Peel the Tahitian Sarawak Pomelo and Navel Oranges. Slice into circles and remove any seeds.
- Thinly slice shallots.
- Mix Sherry Vinegar, Honey, and Lime Juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl. Add mint for garnish.
