Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of purple kale (about 10-12 leaves, stems removed)
  • 2-3 tsp olive or avocado oil (just enough to lightly coat the kale)
  • 1 large pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Optional: Chili flakes for a spicy kick!

Instructions

  • Remove the stems from the kale leaves to avoid toughness, and massage the oil into the kale. Ensure the leaves are fully coated with the oil, then spread them out evenly on a baking alternative.
  • Evenly sprinkle with sea salt, paprika, garlic powder, and optional chili flakes. Bake at 300°F for 25-30 minutes. Check halfway through and give the kale a quick shake to ensure it doesn't burn.
  • Serve with an extra pinch of sea salt and enjoy this simple, farm-fresh snack!
