- Cara Cara Oranges
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Lemon Juice
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Your new spring picnic staple.
- Peel and section Cara Cara Oranges.
- Shave Fennel into thin strips.
- Slice Strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
- In a mason jar, mix Lemon Juice and Extra virgin Olive Oil. Shake until emulsified.
- Mix all the ingredients and toss until fully combined.
