- Cooked Quinoa
- Roasted Sunflower Seeds
- Sesame Oil
- Soy Sauce

- Slice Tofu into cubes and marinate in a mixture of soy sauce, sesame oil, honey and sriracha for 30 mins. Fry or bake until golden brown.
- Sear Broccoli until slightly charred and tender.
- In a bowl, place cooked quinoa and top with fried Tofu, seared Broccoli, and Avocado slices.
- Top with Roasted Sesame Seeds.
