We’re proud to offer fresh, organic Lion’s Mane mushrooms grown by Mikuyta Mushrooms, a small, family-run urban farm in Benicia, California.

Mikuyta is rooted in local food systems and intentional growing. They manage the entire process themselves, prioritizing freshness, organic practices, and low-impact decisions at every step. To reduce waste, the mushrooms are packaged simply in paper, no plastic, no excess.

Lion’s Mane has a mild, slightly sweet flavor with a savory, seafood-like richness. Its soft, spongy texture absorbs sauces well and holds up beautifully when shredded, seared, or simmered, making it a favorite in soups and seafood-style dishes.

We are jazzed to be able to offer the highest quality produce from Sunrise Organics, based out of Santa Barbara County.

When we first connected with Andrew of Sunrise, we were stoked about his passion for his produce and how excited he is to show the many different varieties of things his team grows year-round.

Driving into Solvang, Sunrise Organics is that picturesque hillside farm that surrounds you on all sides. The beauty of the land is reflected in the produce it creates and we're bringing it all straight to your doorstep.

If orders are placed by Wednesday at 7 am, deliveries will be made on Friday that same week. Each box contains between 9-12 items each week for a family of 2-4.
